(From 2003 days....) Bruce White was born in Canada in 1947 and received most of his early education in Edmonton, Alberta. He graduated in 1967 from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Edmonton Campus, in Electronics Technology. At age 15, he rebuilt his first car, a 1952 Austin A40. This interest has continued over the years and Bruce is currently working on his 16th car project – a 1929 Austin Seven Meteor replica. Bruce is employed as a Technical Officer in the School of Biological Sciences at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia. His interest, mainly in English cars of the 1930’s, has lead him to create this web site with the aim of documenting the history of the Austin Seven.

(April 2014 update....) Bruce retired from the Austin Seven movement in late 2003 but has rekindled his interest in electric vehicles and in retirement has become an advocate of low emission technologies. His latest work can be seen at http://www.evalbum.com/2622 or the complete project at www.mightyboyev.com. He also continues to design various devices including SegWay clones and loves playing with Arduino projects.
