Austin Seven 'PD' and Opal Models

The 'PD' two seater was the lowest priced Austin Seven made selling for the low cost of £100. It was built on the long chassis and featured ample luggage space behind the bucket seats. In 1934 the 'PD' model was renamed the Opal (or 'APD' Opal). Followed by the New Opal (or ‘APE Opal’) that began production in 1936 with at least 700 being manufactured.
