Meteor Right Backing Plate Assembly
New aluminium backing plates have been cast and machined to accommodate early Morris minor (side valve model) hydraulic brake cylinders. Polyurethane brushes were machined to replace the old rubber style brushes on the friction shocker arms. These can easily be turned on a lathe by freezing polyurethane rod in liquid nitrogen (if you are lucky to have some available).
