I beleive that the suction valve in my A.C. petrol pump (from a Big Seven) is not functioning but am reluctant to take the pump apart for fear of doing more harm than good! I have tried cleaning the valve of possible grit contamination but fear the problem is more serious requiring a new valve. Can anybody offer some advice on this procedure? Mnay Thanks Richard
