Kingpin bushes

I am from Norway and my project is to rebuilt a A-7 RN 1932 mod. Just now I am working with the front beam, stub-axle and new kingpin with oversize. My question is how the best way to ream the two bushes for the kingpin and get them in line?

I can see a way to use an ordinary reamer with steering, but I need to make a bigger hole across the bush hole for the brake camshaft. Can anyone tell me, is there any problems doing this?
