Well, first of all you decide which piece of pipe you wish to destroy. Then have a long think about it!
From what I know, not a great deal, you must make anything which is out of the ordinary!
"Performance manifolds", are really not all that difficult to make, you obviously need the ability to do such work.
There is not really a lot that you can't do reasonably easily yourself, if you can't you will know someone who can. This theory works for my wife!
Any performance type guy, can reasonably give you the technical support you may need, eg size of tube, angles etc.
