Bit of a guess really, as I don't know if its really known. I would say from 107000 to about 144000 and that covers ~1930 - 1932. Of course the Ulster engine would not have any oil-jet plugs. They were all pressure-fed and unlike the later Speedy pressure-fed engine, would not have a side-mounted fuel pump. If the engine is a two bearing pressurised engine it's still pretty rare whether its Ulster or not. It is said that some replacement engines did not have numbers and the very special Works ones had strange numbers anyway. Barry
