The Arrow Austin Seven was made by Compton and son and Terry , Merton, Wimbledon, S.London. From 3Rd December 1929 they traded as A.P.Compton & Co. Ltd. Arrow Coachworks, High Path, Morden Road, London. From early 1930 they traded from Arrow Coachworks, 99, Boston Road, Hanwell, Middx. There are only a few Arrows known and I was only contacted the other day by a chap called Pete Neighbour who has got trouble fitting his dash-board. Perhaps you could send him a photo of yours. Another friend had just finished restoring one for a client when his garage burnt down. End of one Arrow. It got so hot , the whole thing melted. I spent a day helping him clear up. Are you a member of the Scottish Austin Seven Club? If you are and you receive the grey magazine my address is on the first page. If not and you want more info post a message here. Cheers Howard.
