From the 1937 Austin Seven Service Journal, repeated in The Austin Seven Companion, page 182/3:- Castor angle 5deg - this is engineered in by the set of the radius arm and the set of the front nosepiece. Apart from undesirable twisting and bending, this can be reset by lowering (or highering) the ball joint on the front cross member and packing the front spring at the nosepiece. Swivel (king) pin angle 0deg - the latter is of course viewed from the front of the car, the king pins will take on the castor angle when viewed from the side. Camber angle 2.75deg - this is purely set by the engineering of the hubs - make sure they are not cracked around the stub axle!. The toe in was later (1938) stated as being zero +/- 1/16" to reduce tyre wear.
