Maybe I'm being dense but can I have clarification here? My reading of the technique is that the crankcase stud holes are drilled and tapped right through. Countersunk bolts are threaded up through the crankcase and the block is bolted onto these. Somebody tell me that I'm reading this right. It sounds the way forward to me.
