Melvin. The 26VA is the standard sidedraught carb. The pump, if an AUA26, is probably early and my Burlen catalogue says it is low pressure; AUA26 was on a Morris 8, 1935 for instance. Therefore if we can establish the relative positions of their pumps and tanks, yours should be ok if similar; most pumps are intended to be fitted at the back, lift fuel up and force to the front. Does the pump actually stop running? I had similar problems with one and a new points assembly fixed it. I will email suggested layouts separately
