In the 1970s there was a rumour around the 7 world that a large number (over 100) of "original old stock" 1928 type Crown Wheel and Pinion sets had been found in a main dealers stores in Australia, they could be had for £250.00 posted to England, at the time this was "Rocket" money so I never followed it up. I have never heard of anyone who bought one at the time, Can anyone else remember this? was it true ? Do any still exist? this has "bugged" me for many years, over to you down under. Regards Ian
