Keith, My car is 1928 and I have different dimensions than Steves 1929, My peak is original and so is the hood frame, the wood is 40 3/8"wide the next bow is 42 1/4" then 42" and the last is 40", the last three are as near as I can get with the hood on so may be plus or minus 1/8" but you can get the overall picture. My car has an "AD" body. Looking at your frame in comparison to ours I am thinking that your frame may be from a 1931 "AF" tourer, If it is wrong you may be able to swap it, once you cut it, it will not be any use to anyone. We need someone with a 1931 "AF" tourer to give us details of their hoodframe. Regards Ian
