There is probably a dead simple answer to this, but I was the schoolkid whose elecctrical experiments used to catch fire.OK? On my Box Saloon there is no charge at all on "Summer" but in the "Winter" position there is a healthy 8amps, or more if you move the 3rd brush. Any ideas
