ALAN:

The 24T2 Zenith was a early post-war carb. fitted to stationary engines, concrete mixers, small tractors et. etc.

It is a good substitute for the updraught Zenith that Austin fitted to Sevens as it has a variable mixture.

As with anything S.U. Zenith of Stromberg, the people to contact are Burlem Fuel Systems, Spitfire House, Castle Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire 01722/412500 Fax. 01722/334221.

Their 1997 Zenith/Stromberg Catalogue lists some spares for the 24T2 as well as gaskets etc. They may well have further spares available by now.
