Mercury Publications are alive and well at the address & phone no. given in Steve Jones reply (thanks, mate!), but has been through several moves in past 3 years and therefore hard to contact. The "Big Red Book" by Woodrow has never been out of print, and costs 39.50 Sterling, which includes UK post & packing. Also available are reprints of the Castrol Lubrication Charts for A7, and A7 Handbook reprints. This is solid info: I spoke with them less than an hour ago. Happy Motoring!
