Precisely, Barry. A point I tried to make initially, but got sucked into technicalities, mainly to help you people Up Over, because I know how much worse conditions are there, particularly with salted roads. I honestly don't know of anyone here who's had electrolysis problems after carrying out the simple procedure I suggested. And to my knowledge no-one uses earth straps either, although obviously they wouldn't do any harm. Sorry I won't be around in 70 years to find out!! Apologies for the diatribe. Cheers, Bill
