I have seen many 15", and all have been "specials" built for racing, including a set that used Suzuki Vitara rims spoked with a standard A7 centre! 16" as asked about, with a flat cross section opposite the valve, deepening to a full well at the valve hole are indeed Michelin. Size 140 x 40, they are known as Bibendum Brevette (SGDG), according to two of the three I have. (would love another if you have one spare) A similar symmetrical wheel was put out by Dunlop apparently, though I have never seen one. I also have a symmetrical rolled edge set made in England by RO & Co. 16" again. Also have a set that are Ruby pressed edge type. (Excess to needs) Were THESE factory?? Ruby van perhaps? All the above have TWO sets of holes around the rim to help with offset, and the spoke pattern differs from Ruby (18/18) being the earlier 12/24 pattern. Hope this helps. Regards Courtenay
