An article in AA magazine in NZ early 80's put ming blue as second best colour for visibilty on the road, behind yellow. Both were common colours back then. Most sporting 7's look great in light blue, though Ming Blue may be a bit hard to take. As a part time signwriter, I concour with Bill's comments on yellow as an eye grabber. Try looking at a sample for a length of time - the eyes almost hurt. This is because it uses most receptors in the eye - hence its high visibility...
