Dennis - g'day cobber - it's good to see that obviously you, your home and your car are still existent. (For those Overseas, the area where Dennis lives just had over 400 homes destroyed by fire). Ian's description is correct for later models, but on the Pramhood jobs such as your '24, the hood frame consists of 4 tubular-steel "bows". Three are connected to a pivot bracket onto the body-side at various angles from vertical to hold up the hood, the 4th is connected to the front one of these by an over-centring stap and when in situ is roughly parallel to the ground. It goes forward and in front of, and screwed to, right across the horizontal timber piece, which in turn has a semi-circular groove on it's front edge to take it. The hood material is then attached to the underneath of the timber, in front of windscreen. The underneath ends of the timber are slightly recessed to take spring-loaded clips with suitable holes that slip over and attach to the pillars. Later models of these clips are available from Seven Workshop. You only have to modifiy their rectangular base to a semi-circular shape and hey presto you have a kosher '24 one. I will send you by snail mail some measurements, together with the other details you requested. Good luck, Bill
