No experience of twin carbs be they 1 1/8" or 1 1/4".
Nearest comparable I can find to a Seven with twin carbs. is the earliest Frog-Eye Sprite which had twin 1 1/8" SUs. The weak needle is specified as MOW, standard GG and rich EB. Blue spring.
I have the remains of a Speedex twin 1 1/8 set up for a Seven and the needles fitted are GG which seems to fit with the above.
The Speedex twin manifolds could be for sale if anyone wants them. I have both horizontal and 30 degree versions.
