Ian is correct, I was assuming it is a long-wheelbase car. I always find the easiest way of finding out the wheelbase is to measure it! Put simply, a tape measure between the wheel centre:-, 6ft 3ins or 6ft 9in gives the answers. Anything a bit less than either then the car has been in an accident!
As to "independent or professional" valuers, I suspect you won't get any better than respondants to this forum. However, we are not to be bound by our advice, so I might suggest one of the Austin advertisers such as Mac Bonar. What do you think Ian/Steve? The best place to sell the car may well be "The Automobile" monthly, or of course an advert in an A7 club magazine.
