This car looks genuine. If 1932/33 it is a Two-Seater (type PD); if 1934/35 it is an Opal. They are fairly unusual. My guess is that it is worth about 4000 GBP depending on condition. Main problem with these cars is that the rear of the body can sag so that the doors tend to fly open on bumpy roads
