Fitting seatbelts to a 37 Ruby

I am thinking of purchasing a 37 Ruby and wondered if anyone had experience with fitting rear seat belts. In NZ seatbelts are mandatory for under 5's. If the car does not have seatbelts then under 5 year olds cannot legally travel in it. I am thinking of lap belts only - not lap/sash.
