Dave, This has happened to us all at some times and the replies are all relevant, but maybe you need to look at the easy [cheaper] options first. Have you used a sealant on your gasket as suggested graphite [plumbers] or I use the old fashioned silver paint with tons of lead in it ,bit hard to find in our PC environment. have you torqued it down properly , warmed it up and re- torqued it down again surprising how much extra you will get., if no joy after that before getting drastic try some soldrit available from Repco etc and give it a go as you have nothing to lose.
