Hi Everyone,
The 1929 Aluminium body TT Replica Project is still awaiting us back home in Perth. The house has been rented out for 18 months and during that time we have been touring Europe and UK in a campervan. We have seen many A7 events including visits to the Ulster TT site, museum and A7 people, also Shelsley Walsh and Prescott Hill Climb events , and Goodwood, Silverstone etc. Everywhere there were competition A7's and great people. I must also add that we have been to numerous autojumbles including Beaulieau and Newark...huge events with over 2,000 stall at each.
We have managed to buy almost all of our missing parts including instruments and guards,,,,however we have not seen any headlights whatsoever. The radiator core is available over here but we thought it better to buy back in OZ for airline/suitcase/weight reasons.
Could someone in Oz please help me find a pair of 1928-9 headlamps complete and also the radiator core...I hope Greg Stevens is out there as I would love to meet up with him...and of course anyone else as well.
We will be back in Brisbane area approx 10-20 January 02...then Sydney approx 20 Jan to 20 Feb..then Melbourne 20 Feb to 10 March...then Adelaide 10 March to 10 April..then onto Perth and Home.
I realise that this site is not a buy and sell site...please treat my request as a genuine call for help and guidance.
