Also important in order to keep the temperature correct is to ensure that the side guards at either side and to the front of the radiator are installed . These guards channel the air flow into the radiator rather than letting it build up a high pressure zone in front of the radiator and forcing the major air flow around the high pressure area and around the sides of the radiator. If this occurs less efficient cooling though reduced air flow will result.
