Hello, I was interested in Bruce's article on magnetos, The M.L. that I use does not have a hole to pin the armature in the correct position for the points to start opening, any ideas how I can determine the optimum position on mine, I have given it some thought, what do you think of my theory--- Turn the armature in the direction of rotation until the armature is in the middle of the magnetic flux i.e will not pull round either way, then turn it "back" about 1/16" this is the point that the points should break. What do you think???? I would be very interested in any feedback. Regards Ian
