I hesitated to say it looks like a "65" one belonging to a friend of mine, with the involute cam profile being the giveaway, but I'm not sure if a 65 one constitutes "sports" in this context.
Anyway, this engine was built up after 30 years of having a later 3-bearing engine in the car which was both reliable and as smooth as silk. It was a rough as, well, it was rough as without saying a rude word and the cam made it noisy and clattery, generally lacking in torque/uncouth and after a week he put back in his faithful (line-bored) original engine!
