G'day,
My chummy radius arm, through axle thread ends are damaged, as a 5/8" BSF nut has been forced on! The thread appears to be 5/8" x 16 tpi (BSF is 14 tpi, hence the damage).
Question is, does anyone know of the existence of a tap & die set for this thread that I could beg, steal, hire or borrow to do the repair? The alternative of removing the rivets & arms and lathe turning a new thread is not so attractive! :-(
