100% quieter on SAE140. It really did make a difference but it takes about 30 mins for the oil to become hot/thin enough to effect anything like a reasonable gear change.

SAE 50 say 50% quieter. The first change through the box is slow but after that, gear change is normal.

Best way to make the box quieter in my experience, however, is to always run with the hood down!!
