Don't know how you define Midlands but if West Yorkshire is within your reasonable travelling distance, try Engine Data Analysis, Unit 10, Ashley Estate, Carr Wood Road, Castleford (immediately adjacent to Junc. 32 of M.62).01977/516622. I can let you have a location plan should you need one - e-mail me direct.
They have balanced a number of 7 engines and even have a drive with the correct thread available should they need to do some more.
About £50 per engine last time I heard.
