Can anyone please help with two questions?
1. What should the static ignition timing be set to on our cars? 10 degrees before TDC? 0r 1" on the flywheel?
2. What is the definition of dwell angle? Am I correct in saying for a 4 cylinder car, from the distributor perspective, one points operation equals 90 deg, so if the dwell angle is quoted as 60 deg this means the points are closed for 30 deg and open for 60.
