I owe all our UK Austineers an apologue….. The Loctite 515 product IS MUCH more expensive in the UK. The product is $12.45 + GST in Australia for a 50 ml tube. I thought that would be about 5 pounds and could not see the problem. But here is a response I just got back from the UK Applications Specialist Keith Redway:
“Loctite 515 in 50ml (the smallest size) has a recommended price of £25.34. National Companies include B.S.L.- WYCO - Buck & Hickman - Cromwell Tools. You should find one of these within your locality.”
I would have thought products like this would have been cheaper in the UK. So what can I say but sorry guys…. I should have believed Charles Ping!
